RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

If you need to return goods to us for any reason we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” free from the Post Office.  Edwin Jagger Limited does not accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Our reputation for finest quality products and service is paramount and we delight in individual customer service. If however having received your purchases you are dissatisfied, you may of course exchange items or return them to us for refund. All items returned must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any grooming software products e.g.shaving cream, soap etc., obvious Health and Hygiene reasons, unless an incorrect item has been shipped.

Except where a manufacturing fault exists items are returned at  customer expense. In the unlikely event of having to return a faulty item to Edwin Jagger we will refund postage or offer product to cover the cost of return.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you may do so within 7 days of order or receipt of goods. If the items have been dispatched we will refund the purchase value of the goods, excluding the shipping cost within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in perfect resalable condition and in original packaging. If you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched we will refund the order value in full.

In the event of a refund being agreed with a customer, for whatever reason, The Company reserves the right to make a small administration fee.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Edwin Jagger is pleased to offer worldwide delivery on an exclusive range of wet shaving products and accessories.

Where products are being delivered to non-EU countries, UK VAT (tax) is deducted during the checkout process. Your deduction will be clearly indicated on the order summary page, before you make payment.

Delivery charges are calculated and are based on the weight of the product(s) and the shipping location.

We reserve the right to withdraw international delivery at anytime or to refund any order un full if shipping cost is prohibitive or the shipping address deemed to be unrelated to the purchaser.

Please note that the Edwin Jagger.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any importation costs levied by a local customs authority.
