This traditional shape Edwin Jagger shaving brush is handmade in Sheffield, England using solid turned, hand polished brass and triple chrome plating processes. The brush is filled with Silver Tip Badger hair and decorative hand cut Barley patterning further accentuates the handle beauty and shape and improves wet grip

- My favourite shaving brush

Handle is very solid, brisle makes really dense lather much faster than my old board bristle brush.

- Fantastic craftsmanship

Quality at is best, there is good weight in the brush and easy to work up a lather. Soft and firm bristles and in my humble opinion worth paying the extra for Silver Tip. Finish is first class and it looks awesome in the stand along with the razor.

Superb and beautiful craftsmanship. Did not lose a single hair. Since the handle is brass beware of the heft weight of the brush.

- All things old are new again!

Teaching my son to properly shave has been a daunting task. I have spent a lot of $$$ trying fancy electric razors and expensive gadgetry. While on holiday from California we happened upon Jermyn Streeet and viewed some pretty cool stores. Returning back to Silicon Valley I realized that some of the best answers to complex problems are those with the simplest solution. I purchased a DE razor and bagder brush from Edwin Jagger online. Truly a work of art. Beautiful plating, elegant design, and...it works far better than any razor. Replacement blades are economical and easy to swap out. Shipping was fast and nicely packaged. My son’s complexion no longer bears bumps and rashes from inferior products. That alone is worth price of admission.
