Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item for a refund or cancel an order, we urge you to contact us in the first instance so we may discuss your options and offer a range of solutions.

You can get in touch by telephone on 0044 114 270 6706 between 9.00am and 4.00pm GMT, Monday to Friday, or email us at enquiries@edwinjagger.co.uk at any time. We will endeavour to respond to any messages as soon as possible.

Returns

Our reputation for quality products and service is paramount and we delight in individual customer service. If you are dissatisfied upon receiving the products, you may return them to us for refund.

You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your products. All items returned must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.

Unless the product is faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

If you are returning the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty product within 30 days of receiving it.

Your right to return does not apply in the case of used products (once these have been unsealed after you receive them) which are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons. This includes many of the shaving soaps, creams and other cosmetic products we sell.

Please ensure you include your order number, name, and address so we can identify your order. Without these details, we may not be able to process your refund.

We recommend using a service with proof of delivery when retuning products to us. Edwin Jagger Limited does not accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at enquiries@edwinjagger.co.uk. Alternatively, you can complete and submit the cancellation form below or [return this form] by post. If you use any of these methods, we will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract within 14 days of receiving the products. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

Your right to cancel does not apply in the case of used products (once these have been unsealed after you receive them) which are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons. This includes many of the shaving soaps, creams and other cosmetic products we sell.

If you wish to end the contract because: (i) we have told you of an upcoming change to the products or these terms; (ii) an error in pricing or description; (iii) a delay in delivery due to events outside our control; or (iv) because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong, we will refund the price of the products in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

Refunds

If you cancel your contract, we will refund you the price you paid for the products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

We will also refund any delivery costs you have paid to receive the products, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. In any event, we will issue any refunds due within 14 days after the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, within 14 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. If you have not yet received the products, we will refund you within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.
