As an experienced and trusted online retailer Edwin Jagger US ensures that a range of reliable and efficient shipping options are made available to our customers. Information on these options are introduced on this page and also are then offered to you during the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages of our online  shopping system.

 

1. Shipping and Correspondence Address

Customers are advised that Edwin Jagger US does operate from a retail premises in Phoenix, Arizona North America. As such “in-person” returns or other visits are possible, however we request you contact us first:

2. General Shipping Policy

At Edwin Jagger US, we strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. We are open 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm MST. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

When your order has been shipped, you will be notified soon after by Email. This correspondence will also continue your unique tracking information, for your reference should it need to be consulted and monitored. Further updates can then be provided by our shipping provider (USPS Ground Advantage is used for all domestic orders). Customers are advised that there may be a delay of a few hours before this information becomes available on Your Account.

 

3. Loss of Missing Packages

Edwin Jagger US are not liable for any missing, lost, damaged, or un-deliverable packages. Your order(s) will be shipped to the shipping address entered by the buyer at checkout. If the address provided is un-deliverable, the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges. If a package returns as un-deliverable the buyer can request a refund and you will be refunded the purchase price minus the already used shipping costs originally paid. If the buyer would like to attempt the shipment again a verified address must be submitted and any additional shipping costs paid before we are able to re-ship your order.

 

4. Free Shipping

Orders of $70.00 or more automatically qualify for FREE shipping using USPS “Ground Advantage” mail. This applies to all packages shipping to addresses located in the United States of America (only).

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by our systems at the time of placing your order. We offer mail quotes and we will then ship your order using the method chosen at the Checkout.

6. International Orders

Please note that the Edwin Jagger US website is for shipments to North America addresses ONLY. Customers wishing to have goods shipped to other countries and destinations overseas are advised to visit https://www.edwinjagger.com/ for alternative country purchasing and delivery options.

 

7. Lost and Missing Packages

In the event of your package being lost, damaged or stolen during the shipping process please contact us for guidance.

In the case of shipments which have failed to arrive at all, please allow for up to 30 days before doing so, as this is the period after which our shipping provider(s) formally consider a package as being “Lost” of “Missing”. Thank you.
