We ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Depending on the order value, shipping is either charged at less than cost to us or free (UK only).

Royal Mail Tracked 48®

We currently offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48® delivery on all orders over £25. A postal charge of £2.50 is added to orders under the value of £25. This service usually takes 2-3 working days. Recipients can track their parcels from the point that they are despatched through to delivery, receiving notifications by email or text. Delivery times are from the point of dispatch. Customers will also receive notifications if the parcel is delivered to a neighbour, safeplace or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

Royal Mail Tracked 24®

If you wish, you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24® at the checkout. The charge for this is £2.99, or we currently offer free Tracked 24® on all orders over £40. This service usually takes 1-2 working days. Recipients can track their parcels from the point that they are despatched through to delivery, receiving notifications by email or text. Delivery times are from the point of dispatch. Customers will also receive notifications if the parcel is delivered to a neighbour, safeplace or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®

This next day delivery service works for orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday. It guarantees delivery before 1pm the following day and the cost is £7.50. The recipient will receive a notification once their parcel reaches their local Royal Mail Customer Service Point. The notification will include their predicted date and ‘by 1pm’ delivery time. The recipient will also have the option to change their delivery date or location whilst their parcel is on its way, with inflight delivery options. If the parcel cannot be signed for/delivered it will be held at the nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point for collection.

Additional Information

Any Special Delivery order placed after 2pm on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday to be delivered the following Tuesday. Special Delivery orders placed on a Public/Bank Holiday will be shipped the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Please note, delivery times are only a best estimate and Edwin Jagger cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by postal delivery services.

 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES: INTERNATIONAL

 

Royal Mail International Standard Delivery

This is our standard delivery method for all international orders. No tracking facility is included with this method. We currently offer International Standard Delivery for £2.99 on all orders over £40. For orders totalling under this amount, parcels sent to the EU will have a delivery charge of £4.95 added, parcels sent to the USA will have a delivery charge of £11.95 added and parcels sent to the rest of the world will have a delivery charge of £8.95 added.

Royal Mail International Signed Delivery

This option is available for all international orders and is recommended; this service does not guarantee faster delivery, but does provide a tracking facility (for most countries) so you can follow the progress of your shipment. Parcels sent to the EU will have a delivery charge of £11 added, parcels sent to the USA will have a delivery charge of £18.50 added and parcels sent to the rest of the world will have a delivery charge of £14.50 added.

Although most parcels arrive within the expected delivery time, occassionally some parcels are held up due to factors beyond our control. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please wait until the maximum period (below) has expired before contacting us. After the maximum period has elapsed, we will investigate propose a suitable solution. The maximum delivery time is 15 days for UK orders, 23 days for the rest of Europe, and 30 days for the rest of the world.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

 

Due to regulations enforced by our shipping provider, we are not permitted to send any liquid aftershaves, colognes, EDTs or any other liquid product containing alcohol to any country outside the UK. This restriction is due to a ban on sending all such items containing alcohol by air.

All products restricted in this manner are clearly labelled as such on this website. If for any reason you are able to checkout and purchase a product that is restricted to your country, we may contact you to let you know it is not possible to send after the fact.

 

DELAYS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

 

While we make every effort to have accurate stock numbers in our system, occasionally an item may go out of stock. If we are unable to obtain more stock of that item within a day or two of your order, we will always contact you to inform you via the email address or telephone number you provided about the probable delivery delay period. Alternatively, we may offer you an alternative item. If you cannot accept the delay or the alternative we offer, we will issue a full refund.
